Gratitude Journal

In this episode, I talk about the convergence on the topic of mindfulness. Isn’t it wonderful when small parts come together with impact and meaning? Thank you Amy, for your kind gift of The Mindfulness in Knitting by Racheal Matthews. This book has been an excellent companion for my online coursework via Mindful Schools.  I’ve also been enjoying episodes of Teaching Your Brain to Knit; Catherine and Margaret put together such inviting and informative episodes.
